The Phone Doctor,  LLC  is a privately owned  company  and has been in operation since 1985. The Phone Doctor has been a certified dealer for Panasonic and Comdial telephone systems for many years. We offer sales and service on many brands of  telephone  and IP  systems.

Technology is changing and The Phone Doctor is changing with it. We now offer a low cost,

full featured, telephone system that does not require phone room equipment. The cost is usually less than half of a Business PBX Telephone System. 

Our HOSTED IP telephones will now work anywhere that has a internet connection.  For example a Columbia, S.C. office can connect  to a branch office anywhere without having to install another IP telephone system at branch offices. offices.

    Everyone will be able to intercom each other and leave messages sharing the same voice mail system. The system will

    function as though everyone were in the same building.

   The hosted system can be used with or without AUTO ATTENDANT AND VOICE MAIL but it is always there if needed.

   If necessary  it can answer all ringing lines at once, no matter how many are ringing. When calls are answered they can be

   placed on hold automatically and transferred to operators in the order they were received.

   Residential type cordless phones can also be integrated into the system or you may choose to use the new IP cordless

   phones which allows up to 6 cordless phones to work from one base station. Each phone will have it's own intercom number

   and totally integrates into the system having the ability to answer and transfer calls.

   Telephone lines on our Hosted Systems cost only $30.00 per month, which includes caller ID and long distance in the

   USA. Private numbers are only $20.00 per month. You can keep your same telephone numbers and if new lines become

   necessary we can usually add them in one day.

   There is no phone room equipment to buy. The only requirement is to have internet and purchase some very affordable IP

   telephones. Our programmers will program the phones to function based on your needs.
